This Privacy Policy describes how Enis Bajra ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and handles your data when you use the SeatSaver application ("the App") via the Atlassian Marketplace.

1. Data Storage and Atlassian Forge SeatSaver is built on the Atlassian Forge platform. This means the App operates entirely within Atlassian's secure cloud infrastructure. We do not host external servers, and we do not extract, transmit, or store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or instance data on third-party databases.

2. Data Processing To function, the App reads metadata from your Atlassian host product (Jira), specifically:

• User account IDs and email addresses
• Group memberships (e.g., product access groups)
• User activity logs (last active dates)

This data is processed in real-time solely to identify inactive users and allow administrators to revoke unused licenses. Data is processed locally within your Atlassian environment.

3. Third-Party Access Since no data leaves your Atlassian environment, no third parties have access to your data through our App.
